Commission Info
TERMS OF SERVICE
General
- If you want a specific background you have to tell me and this may have an extra fee, if the background isn’t specified I’ll not do one if I don’t want to.- I make commissions in the order they were paid, if you want to know which commissions come before yours, you can ask me.- If you need something really specific I would appreciate references or better descriptions of what you want. If you want something completely different from what you receive you will not receive a refund but I’ll do as much as possible to make the piece as you wished.- I have the right to refuse your commission for any reason (if it makes me uncomfortable, I don’t feel I can do the job, it’s too complicated or goes against my will and will not.)- I’ll send WIPS of every stage of the drawing (concept sketch, sketch, lineart and coloring) so you’re able to see if anything needs to be changed (and I can send more if requested.)
Payment
- I only accept payment through PayPal.- All prices are in USD and that’s the currency I'll be asking for the payment.- You’ll receive an invoice to pay your commission.- Payment is after the first sketch is accepted.- I don’t continue that sketch until I receive the payment.- The prices may change due the complexity of the commission.- This means that I have the right to increase the commission price if the characters are too complex or have too many details.- The same goes for backgrounds that aren’t simple colors or blank backgrounds.- Extra characters cost 50% of the base price.
Refunds
- Corrections are free if it is a mistake made on my part or are little changes; unless these are too extended, were things not specified when asked the description of the piece or if it may change a big part of the commissioned art.- I will only give refunds if the sketch is rejected and if any further job hasn’t been done yet. If the work has been started but not finished, I’ll only issue a partial refund.
Usage
- I retain the rights of every image I produce.- I have the right to post the commission on any of my websites, unless specified to not to do so.- Please tell me if you don’t want the commissioned piece posted in my social media or you don’t want me to mention your name or tag you.- The commissioned art may be posted on other websites by the client if proper credits is given.- All the commissions I do are for personal or nonprofit use unless otherwise has been discussed.- You're NOT able to profit off my work without my conset and a discussion beforehand and coming to an agreement. This means you cannot mint or sell my work for NFT, make merchandise such as prints, t-shirts or stickers with the commissioned piece.- The commissioner may not include the commissioned artwork in portfolios, commission sheets, etc.- The client may not claim the commissioned piece as their own.
